Departments Available:
Mold – create the shape of the counterweight; pattern spraying; core setting; filming
Melt – furnace operation; pouring the iron into the molds to create the counterweight
Prefinish – remove cores; sand, and any flash or edging from each counterweight
Finish – parts processing; buffing; painting; detail work
Touch Up – light painting and buffing to perfect the counterweight
